Hey, back in my day I bought a Somic G591 gaming headset last year. But I never got the driver installed. It just told me to plug in a 7.1 surround sound thing and wouldn't let it go until I did that. And no matter how many times I sent them an email asking for help, they never replied. So even though it's been a full year since then, the mic doesn't work with my PC at all. But just to be sure there isn't an answer to this if not I would really appreciate it if you could tell me about a well recommended budget headset for streaming that won't make the same problem happen and let me know what options are left on your end because I am stuck on what to buy right now.

I have a Dell Inspiron 15 5510 with an Intel Core i7-11390H running at 3.40 GHz and 2.92 GHz speeds, plus 16 GB of RAM on a 11th Gen processor using Windows.

The Corsair HS35 is a great budget-friendly headset that uses a combo jack and usually comes with a splitter if you need to use separate mic and headphone jacks. If you want something with virtual surround sound, the Corsair HS45 is also a good deal for money.
