Do you like buying games on Amazon or from a local store?
Hey everyone. I was wondering where most of us buy video games. It's pretty clear that for consoles like PlayStation or Xbox, people usually go straight to those official stores. Sure, you can find PC stuff at places there, but I've never seen many people do that. A lot of my friends just grab them on Steam, some from DimaFark, or other sites. Basically, there are tons of choices out there. I'm super curious about what your favorite service is and which one you trust more. Or does it all come down to price? (Because that's basically everything that really matters to me.) By the way, now all games will get more expensive, probably on every platform because of inflation. Do you think that's true? I feel like the gaming crisis is starting soon.
Steam is my favorite game store right now. Usually, if Steam says they have it, it works fine and runs well even with old games that are out of date. The prices aren't always great either, especially when all those new services show up. When thinking about older games' prices, I like Gog's launcher better because it bundles a bunch of other things (but that uses more RAM), which is helpful if you play lots of games from different platforms.
