I wasn’t able to locate a suitable response online, so I thought you might be able to assist. In short, I purchased a refurbished 512GB Steam Deck on September 28th for $550. Around a month later, Valve released an OLED version at the same price and brand new condition. While Steam allows returns within 14 days, it’s been over a month since the purchase. The unit is still in excellent shape, though it requires dual booting Windows. Would you consider processing a return, or could Valve automatically decline my refund?

I lack familiarity with this particular area involving Valve, and a 60-day period appears unrealistic for success. Still, they can only respond with "no," and as my uncle often reminded, "You don't ask, you don't get."

Outside the return window, it seems unlikely they’d accept a refund due to buyer’s remorse. The best option would be to sell your Steam Deck for the highest possible amount and then upgrade to an OLED version.

Absolutely, it's been a couple of months already. Time really speeds up, huh?
