It doesn't really matter. Turning off AA works fine. I'm using a 2560x1080 display with MSAA at four levels and nearly all settings at their highest. (Just a few MB before hitting the GPU's 8190 VRAM.) I maintain around 70fps without any GPU overclocking.

Outside the city, grass performance drops significantly in FPS. It shouldn't occur, no matter how you adjust your settings. Still, I've got two 980s in SLI and they maintain an average of 70-80 at 1440p when TXAA is off and MSAA is set to x4 for textures and shadows.
