I'm facing the same issue with the same Dasung display in a second computer (NiPoGi Mini PC) using Windows 11, and even after installing the Intel graphic driver, the problem persists. It appears the display is attempting to show something repeatedly but failing.
It's occurring on two different PCs, so the issue seems tied to the device or Windows. It looks like the combination isn't functioning properly. Did you try using Linux on the second computer? You should have expected it to work.
