Just configured two new cyclone two controllers. Connected the documentation to the PC, they powered up and shut off at their docks. Should I need to do any further steps before gathering my family for some couch co-op play? Are there any installations or registrations required? Thanks!

Ensure they are identified in the Windows Blue Tooth settings upon startup. If recognized, the games should automatically detect.

Is Bluetooth the method they use for connection? I checked the manuals, and it seems they linked using this small adapter it had.

The charging station might work as a wireless adapter if it includes the dongle, meaning it doesn't have to rely solely on Bluetooth. It's important to verify that the chosen connection is acknowledged by Windows.

Plugged them both in. Windows recognizes them both. One activates immediately after removing it from the dock and is prepared to use. The other fails to activate. It appears the device isn't interested in pairing.

They managed to contact tech support and eventually got both controllers to sync.
