You actually have a decent GPU there. The R9280X performs better than the 1050ti.
However, you're constrained by limited RAM and CPU power. Don't worry, there will be some delay, but you'll likely get a smooth experience at 720p with low settings.
My suggestion is to try out some popular titles—Overwatch, Rocket League, CSGO.
Begin with the lowest graphics options in-game.

Many indie games can fit that setup too.
Some of my top picks include Stardew Valley and Terraria. They both need very little.

League of Legends could be suitable for you too. Perhaps WoW classic might work as well.
