I've been searching for a reliable Ethernet cable but haven't found any trusted manufacturers.

The value of an Ethernet cable isn't particularly high. A pricier option won't significantly improve performance, though it may be better in certain situations.

I tested several flat cables, including a 10m 10Gbit one, and everything worked perfectly. I initially doubted its performance and opted for a standard cable instead, which wouldn’t even support 10G. In the end, Ethernet cables vary widely—you can’t always be certain of their quality.

Running at 5Gbit speed since the switch wasn’t required for that, though it definitely functioned. I also use a braided flat cable with PoE to a 5V 4A adapter.
