Switching to an SSD is going to make everything way faster. It's actually pretty simple: just swap out your 2.5" hard drive for a 2.5" SSD. Then, load up your operating system. Or, you could copy over your current OS onto the new SSD using a USB-to-SATA adapter. Once that's done, just put the old HDD back in place and enjoy! I promise you'll be happy with this change.
Thanks for the info. The hinge broke on my laptop and I fixed it last year. At the same time, I put new thermal paste on both the processor and another chip. By the way, where is this problem? I live in India. There are no shops like eBay here. I can't find these processors online either. Also, I don't trust sites like ubuy because they sell things from China. Yes, thanks a lot! I will definitely try your method. Whether I change the CPU or not, I'm going to swap my hard drive for a SSD. Thanks again!
