I know this happens with laptops sometimes. But I got a special screen (external monitor) and when I plug it into the computer, I see a menu in the driver software. When I unplug that screen, the menu goes away. If the external monitor isn't plugged in at all, the AMD driver starts up on its own. How do I fix this? Or is there no way to do this?

Did you just buy a new monitor? I think you might be using the wrong connection on it. You need to update that list to tell me exactly what your computer and screen are. Tell me which laptop model you have and which monitor model you bought too. Also, say which cables or ports they use physically how you plug it in. Are you using any special adapters? If you could also share the English menus from your Nvidia Control Panel, that would help a lot!
