I'm searching for a sealed loop setup with two heat sinks—one for the GPU and one for the CPU. This design could perform well in sales. Right now I'm using a closed loop H55 for the 680GTX (with Kraken G10) and an h100i for the CPU.

It's another AIO situation. The real challenge is maintaining the TDP under load while managing cooling efficiency and temperature changes.
Just using liquid cooling isn't enough if you're not properly addressing the thermal load and setup.

The box you're seeking contains very little, essentially none.

Your top choice will likely be one of the following options:
The EK Predator AIO from EKWB or
The EK predator AIO with quick disconnects, or
The Swiftech H220 X2.
You can either purchase a complete block tailored to your GPU, which would be extremely costly for an outdated unit, or opt for a universal VGA block from EKWB.
It’s crucial to remember that you’ll need additional fittings and tubing for a universal block.
Both AIOs mentioned are expandable, allowing you to add another block or radiator without needing further upgrades. They provide the convenience of a Corsair closed loop setup, though not a fully closed loop.
In my opinion, you won’t find exactly what you’re looking for in a ready-made solution. I’ve heard positive feedback about the Swiftech model I recommended, but I haven’t personally tried it.
My setup already includes an H100i for the CPU and H40 and Kraken G10 for the GPU, but they’re becoming too noisy and I no longer feel confident about them. I’ve upgraded to an MSI Gaming X GTX 1080, so I’m choosing a full custom loop using EKWB components instead of converting my Kraken G10 to the 1080.
I’ve gathered most of the necessary components now, and I must say their construction quality is exceptional.
They’re more expensive, but the investment was well worth it. I wish you success in finding a solution that meets your needs!

So I was told right, they do provide what you requested about OP, although I haven't seen it before until recently and I'm not sure how they handle it... It still looks great. Here it is: AIO for CPU and GPU
