Whenever I take my laptop away from me for 5 to 10 minutes to eat or do other things and come back, the whole system keeps lagging until I restart. This only happens when I let it idle. It’s not a problem with the brand or Windows 11. The issue is similar to stuttering lags, and if I play a video every five seconds it skips like an old record player. After restarting and not leaving it idle, everything works fine. It seems like the device is unstable unless I’m not watching it. Anyone else have noticed this?

Run the command prompt with administrative privileges by right-clicking and choosing "As administrator." Copy and paste the instructions, then press enter. Restart the system. This should resolve the issue.
