With a group regulated PSU adding additional load to the 12v rail while using minimal 5v can lead to crossloads that may push voltage readings outside acceptable limits. On the Seasonic this might not be severe enough to damage components, but it could result in restarts or other stability problems. A 3060ti will consume roughly 50-75w more than a 1070 model. Because modern systems rely on power, group regulated PSUs are not advisable. In the near future it should likely be fine, yet it's wise to consider a replacement in the long run.
