It should work properly. Make sure to utilize the USB 3.2 connections instead of the USB 2.0 ones. The 2.0 ports will be significantly slower for charging.

It shouldn't affect things unless your BIOS is set to disable USB charging during sleep or shutdown. By default, it shouldn't be done unless your board includes that setting in the BIOS.

I think the USB configuration in the BIOS hasn't been updated. The keyboard powers on during sleep but not when the computer is completely turned off.
