Using AMD Overdrive for overclocking is confirmed. I set it to 4.6MHz and kept the stock voltage, but after restarting during a game, the system reported instability. I increased the voltage as shown in the photos, and it ran for about half an hour. Anyone have any advice? I’m really aiming for a stable 4.6MHz and am worried about potential hardware damage from possible overclocking issues.

there are no fixed overclock settings for everyone.
Just perform your stability tests and tweak until it works. That's essentially all you can do. If it doesn't stabilize at 4.6Ghz and you push the voltage as high as possible without breaking thermal limits, then you won't reach 4.6 and will have to accept 4.5Ghz instead.

It appears the group focused on overclocking often has an unclear understanding of what "stable" really means and how to verify it. I believed a simple stress test lasting about 30 minutes without any problems was sufficient. You can find a detailed guide on reliable stability testing in the first post of this thread.
