Are you playing on DX11 or DX12? BF1 doesn’t support DX12 well, and poor frame rates will become obvious as FPS drops. You might want to try running it in DX11 first.

Turning on sharing in the nvdia experience app lowered my FPS by about thirty percent and didn’t log any activity. It also caused my cards to malfunction. I’m considering turning it off completely to check if performance improves.

I’ve got a 4770k at 4.6GHz and a GTX 1060 running at 1440p ULTRA. My frame rate ranges from 60 to 75 FPS, and at high settings I see 90 to 110 FPS. I’m confident your GPU is the main issue, but I’m not sure it’s the only thing slowing you down.
