i recently replaced my 6-7 year old pc because the parts stopped being supported, so i rebuilt it completely. i chose the seasonic GX focus 1000W and was thinking about getting a 4090 soon. since i already have the PSU, do i need to replace it with an ATX 3.0 model? or should i stick with what i have now? additionally, i noticed people mention that connecting all four pcie cables draws around 600W—am i okay without them? also, i’m planning to cap my fps at 60 frames per second; does that reduce power consumption as well? finally, just a question i kept thinking about throughout the day was whether someone could help me with this.

I used the Seasonic GX focus 1000W model.
The power supply includes a 12VHPWER harness or cable.
