I was thinking about getting a DeepCool Tesseract for my PC build. However, after further research, I discovered a Raidmax Sigma-TWS for just $40. It seems great, but I only have one concern—air intake. I’m planning to overclock an Intel Core i5-7600K up to about 4.4 GHz and was wondering if I’d need additional fans inside the case. Please let me know if that’s necessary and suggest some affordable case fans. Thanks.

Typically cases come with 1-3 fans already installed. Check the maker's website for confirmation, as Newegg's description lacks detail. Generally, 1-2 intake and 1 exhaust fans suffice unless you're doing overclocking or using SLI/Xfire, which require better airflow.

Any kind of fan is better than no fan.
If you are on a budget, get the cheapest ones you can since they will do a better job than none.
If you plan to overclock + multible GPU`s then you need to step it up alittle and buy better fans.
