I have a really cheap cello laptop and its wifi/bluetooth adapter seems connected inside to a USB port or something similar. For weeks in the last few weeks I have suddenly lost my wifi and bluetooth after a restart, right after installing a new USB thing. Sometimes it comes back only when I move the device to another port and restart. Other times I have to uninstall that new device completely to get them back again.

I'm thinking maybe one of my USB ports is shared internally with a usb hub and the new drivers take over everything on the hub and stop the wifi driver from working. This leads to that slightly weird title of this post! Is there a way to tell my laptop to stay away from these wifi drivers? Or to always give the wifi driver precedence? Or just to make sure my wifi stays connected? I'm not 100% sure what's happening, but it looks like this to me...

Go to the Device Manager page and drag out all the tabs so you can see all the connected ones, especially the USB gadgets.

Yeah, I know what the basic steps are for Device Manager, but nothing is working here. Taking drivers out or turning off the controller doesn't fix it either—actually removing the app was needed before that worked. Is there a specific thing you thought of in this menu?

Actually, I think it's better to turn off that built-in USB thing and plug in a real USB wireless adapter instead:
