Do I have to use Windows 10 or can I stick with my old favorite?
So the new task bar on windows 11 is really hard for me. I like PC's not Macs. I used it for the first time last week and it felt totally weird to me. Problem Is I'm building a new gaming PC with ddr5 ram, m2 ssd, lga13700k chipset, and 4070 gpu. Should stick with windows 10 or go for windows 11?

Why do you prefer numbers from ten to eleven over everything else?
If by "new task bar" you meant the middle one, you can move it to fit on the left side instead. And with that big update (23H2), icons are now grouped together again if you wanted them scattered around. If you still prefer the old way, you just need a few extra programs installed to bring back those classic looking bars.
It is really simple to get Windows 11 running just like Windows 10. In fact, both versions run on almost identical hardware underneath. But if you want to shut the OS down and never turn it back on again, that's a bad idea because making the effort to keep using it will make your computer work better for you in the end.
Windows 11 is basically just Windows 10. You might need to spend about 10-15 minutes tweaking the Personalization settings in Settings, but that's all you really have to do. If you want a quick, simple, and user-friendly experience, switching to Linux is the best choice.
