Here are just the audio drivers I found from Lenovo's site, and they are from October 2022. It looks like your computer uses an AMD chip, so you might want to update those chipset drivers using this link: https://www.amd.com/en/support/kb/faq/gpu-131

It's a 8100 from Intel, not from AMD.

I need the right audio card for my computer. But Lenovo says it's not covered by warranty because of software issues. I can't afford to buy a whole new PC just because of driver problems. My parents gave me an old one back in October 2023 that cost almost $750, and I'm stuck with the old model since my parents' gift is expired.

Don't worry, I will figure this out soon so you don't have to wait for your Zoom call. Let's cut it down to simple steps: System Restore : Have you tried using the system restore? It is like going back in time to fix things on your computer. To do this, type "Create a restore point" into the Windows search bar and see if there is one from before the update. Update Audio Drivers : Sometimes changing or replacing your audio drivers works just as well. Right-click the Start button to open Device Manager, find your sound device under "Sound, video and game controllers", right-click on it, and choose "Update driver". If that does not work, you can try uninstalling the device first, then restart your computer so a new one can install itself. Check Audio Settings : It is good to check your settings again. Right-click the speaker icon in the taskbar, select "Open Sound Settings", and make sure your output device is selected correctly. Windows Updates : If the problem started after an update, maybe another new update will fix it. Go to "Settings" then "Update & Security", and see if there are any updates available. External Audio Device : If you have external speakers or headphones, try using them instead of the built-in ones. Sometimes the issue is just with the internal speakers. Third-Party Software : Think about using third-party software like an audio troubleshooter that might help find the problem. Professional Help : If nothing else works and time is short, maybe a friend who knows tech or a professional can help you out.

I hate using System Restore. It makes things worse than the original problem already had. I keep trying to fix it, but it won't work if I don't use the right audio driver. Every time I try this, there is no signal coming out of my external speakers or headphones. BTDT it's not working. Maybe I'll have to do something else.

I had a retired friend from my neighborhood who told me something important. He said I couldn't swap out his Audio Output Driver, but I could use Bluetooth on my computer instead. At first, that meant throwing away my old non-BT sound system with the 4.1 speakers. But I found this site: https://thehometheaterdiy.com/turn-a-reg...h-speaker/ While an RCA-to-Bluetooth connection works for the back of a Subwoofer, how do I connect my four satellite speakers?
