Router: TP LINK ARCHER AX20 /AX1800 Hi, I have this router and someone told me that I need to do a firmware update. The problem is that I don't remember my password. They said the only way is to restart it. This will take us back to the factory's default settings and delete all our connection info for the service provider. I'm worried about this because if I do it, I won't be able to set up the router again since my internet skills are not good enough. Is there another way to "hack" or bypass the password without losing everything? Or can you give me a guide for beginners like me to make the setup again? It sounds crazy, but I looked at the manual and am scared of reading it all alone.
