I'm checking DNS server options to filter out unsafe content for my household. I plan to run tests to identify blocked and permitted sites. I came across a tool at https://d3ward.github.io/toolz/adblock and another called https://canyoublockit.com/, but details about them are unclear.

I've mainly relied on DNS Benchmark to test DNS server speed, whereas evaluating what a DNS server permits is quite different. I have no clue about the credibility of those two domains you mentioned, and it doesn't appear the first site checks the pages you're interested in—it only verifies if ad and cookie-related sites are blocked.
