playing division 2 in a few minutes or 13 minutes causes it to close randomly without any issues, displaying the message "oh no it crashed." this occurs every time I use dx12. adjusting the settings hasn't resolved the problem. please assist me as I'm unable to play this game. all drivers are up to date. while gaming with dolby atmos for headphones and using a logitech g hub, closing background apps still leads to game closure. pc specifications: gtx 1070, i5 6402p, 16gb ddr4 ram, msi z170a m5, samsung 970 evo nvme, temperature at 75°c during gaming, no overclocking.
Many users face problems with The Division 2 on DX12. Although some fixes have helped a few, they didn't work for everyone. The only consistent solution appears to be reverting to DX11.
