Hello Again!
I have an older Logitech system, model Z606 5.1, which is still connected via green/pink RCA plugs to my main machine. It works well, but my wife's computer—using the same connections—produces very muffled sound. I’m wondering if it’s possible to reroute or split the wiring so that both of us get the same audio quality. The speaker cables come from the top of a large subwoofer and connect into a desktop control unit that now uses a remote. Please see the attachment for details.
I hope this helps, though I’m not sure if I’ve given you enough information. If not, let me know. I’m 72 and sometimes my memory isn’t so sharp.
Thanks!

Based on what I've understood, you're aiming to connect your wife's system to the Z606 by using its output. The subwoofer supports an auxiliary input, which allows you to use a 3.5mm to RCA adapter and link her system through it, though you'll need to manually switch audio sources via the front panel buttons on the subwoofer.
