Displays Remain Active Continuously
Hey everyone! GPU model is RX 6900 XT, CPU is Ryzen 9 5900X, motherboard is Gigabyte X570S, AORUS Master BIOS is installed, RAM is G.Skill Trident Z Neo 32 GB (2x16GB), DDR4-3600, power supply is SeaSonic PRIME 850W with 80+ Gold certification, case design is Fractal Design, and the operating system is Windows 11 Pro 22H2. GPU drivers are version 23.3.1, chipset drivers are AMD X570, and I’m currently using Windows 11 Pro 22H2. The issue involves my PC automatically turning off the GPU lights when I put monitors to sleep after about 15 minutes. Even though I’ve changed the cables and tried rolling back drivers, the lights still shut off unexpectedly. It’s strange because I thought it might be related to Display Port cables, but now both monitors behave the same way. I’m not sure if the cables are faulty or if there’s another problem. I’ve also tested reinstalling Windows and running Linux for a quick check, but everything seems fine in those tests. I’ll keep trying to figure this out further.
