Windows might be off the mark, I’m not sure why they even try to share CPU clock speeds, GPU usage, memory rates. These details often confuse users more than they clarify. I only rely on CPU-Z and HWinfo for accurate info.

It appears there are two entries for the cock speed. One under "Memory" lists 1307.5MHz, and another under "Memory Modules" shows 1799MHz. You mentioned it seems to report half the clock speed, so expecting 3600 would correspond to around 1799MHz, and expecting 2666 would align with roughly 1307.5MHz.
