Hello everyone, I recently installed a new PC running Windows 11 Pro. I’ve noticed that when using full-screen apps like Google Chrome, my secondary monitor or screen can display my desktop icons flashing or blinking briefly above the app. I’ve tried numerous fixes online, even after a fresh Windows installation, but nothing seems to resolve the issue.
