Displaying an unusual frame rate issue
Recently while playing in windowed fullscreen, I observed that switching tabs to another app made the game feel slow at around 25-30 FPS, even though my own frame rate was much higher. The issue seemed linked to the latest Windows updates, but once I restored my system, everything worked properly.
