Hello everyone - this setup is quite unusual. I'm running an ASRock B550M Pro4 board with a Ryzen 7 5700X and a GeForce RTX 3060. My main display uses DisplayPort. When I boot into the OS via the built-in UEFI menu (pressing F11), everything shows in full 1080p. But if I skip the boot menu, the screens drop to 800x600. I've also tried rEFInd; it works at 1080p, but its resolution shifts depending on whether I used the boot menu beforehand. I can try setting a kernel argument to force Linux to use 1080p, though that doesn't solve the other issues like boot manager or password screens. Anyone have experienced this before? Is there a way to ensure consistent 1080p across all scenarios?
