Display shows partial images intermittently
I'm running out of options and thought sharing this final attempt might help. The problem mostly happens when I power on the PC—it shows on the screen half the time, but only after physically moving a monitor to the motherboard. Even then, the system doesn't recognize the card. The RGB display works perfectly, but the monitor setup seems to be the issue.
