I adjusted the screen size by raising it and then lowered it again, causing issues. What should I do to resolve this?

Add ddu, save the file, restart in safe mode, execute the tool to eliminate GPU drivers for your GPU, restart again, then install the latest Whql drivers.

The changes were made using a dropdown menu or similar interface. "Messed up" refers to unintended errors or issues in the process.

It seems the full-screen experience at 60hz is no longer available, even though it used to work.

If the TV is older, its input mode for PC might be incorrect. You're probably seeing a scaling signal in the wrong way.
