Details: Intel 12400f RX 6650 XT 32GB 3200mhz DDR4 (Dual Channel) Gigabyte B660 Gaming X AX Board Corsair CX650M (previous model) Power Supply 2 Displays using DP (Gigabyte G27Q 1440p@144hz, Dell U2412M 1920x1200@60hz) Windows 11 Pro I assembled this system roughly a month ago and observed the problem a few days later. When power is cut, the machine fails to activate via keyboard or mouse and must reboot. The occurrence seems fairly regular, happening about once daily. I keep the PC running; after about an hour it won’t power on the screen. It’s not entirely consistent though—sometimes it manages to wake itself up. Key Points: I’m doubtful about the PS. I purchased it around 3.5 years ago at Best Buy on clearance for $40 and have kept it in my basement most of the time since. I don’t have a replacement available. The mouse and keyboard are configured to allow wake functionality. I’ve updated GPU drivers, refreshed BIOS, disabled link state power management for PCI-E. It won’t sleep because sleep is set to "Never" (only dimming the display seems possible). Yesterday, even after a restart, the display drivers crashed, so I had to remove and reinstall the adapter—both displays now use new DP cables. Any suggestions on next steps? Thank you for the feedback. Before assembling the PC, I used these monitors with a laptop and Thunderbolt dock via HDMI without any issues. I plan to replace one monitor with the HDMI port on the 6650 to test whether that resolves the problem.

Did you verify your power plan correctly? It can occasionally affect windows, which helps prevent unnecessary wake-ups.
