That's typical for most motherboards, with varying voltage readings and temperature sensor data. The best solution is either updating software or employing specialized temperature probes along with a multimeter.

It's not a big issue if your motherboard's display is stuck at 55 or something similar.

Essentially yes. As long as the actual temperature is fine, the board's probe seems normal—either it's just unusual behavior or the software has a small issue.

It's wiser to switch instead of replacing the motherboard or keep it as is.
