I've used this monitor for roughly two to three years now. Recently, the task bar at the bottom has appeared cut off. I haven't adjusted any settings on the display, yet other discussions about this model mentioned a refresh rate problem. Changing the refresh rate didn’t resolve the issue, so I’m seeking alternative solutions. It seems like the blurring might be caused by video compression at the bottom, as holding my mouse near that area and moving it slowly creates reddish streaks—similar to what you saw near the search icon. I’ve attached some images that highlight the problem clearly; they show the full screen correctly but reveal the lines on the monitor.

It seems like an LCD display issue might be present. Have you tested various cables on different ports? It could simply be a worn-out cable causing signal distortion.

This seems to be a hardware problem, possibly with the screen failing and getting worse. Before considering a replacement display, try another cable—check if using a different HDMI port or cable resolves the issue. It might just be a display fault.

Consider enabling auto-hide for the taskbar or disabling the transparency feature.
