When I power on the PC, it freezes at the post screen and won’t respond. I can’t access the BIOS yet. After turning it off and back on, it boots normally either into Windows or the BIOS menu. I’ve enabled boot beeps, but they only work on some starts. The BIOS is up to date, but the problem persists. Could this be a motherboard/CPU issue, or something with the SSD or Windows? The system specs are: Windows 10 21H2, Ryzen 5 3600, ASRock Steel Legend B450, BIOS 4.30, 16GB DDR4, Kingston HyperX Fury 3000, 15" SSD, and a 3200MHz XMP setting.

Consider disconnecting the power, removing the CMOS battery temporarily, and then reinserting it to test for improvement.
