Hi there! Your Dell PowerEdge T320 seems to be overheating with the fan running loudly. The keyboard isn’t lighting up and the screen isn’t displaying anything either. Could you check if the cooling system is blocked or if there’s a power issue? Also, ensure the power supply is functioning properly.

I've checked other RAM options but they didn't work for this Intel Xeon E5-2407 2.20GHz MT31GR7CFR4A-H9. Hynix models like HMT31GR7AFR4C-H9 with 8GB also didn't show any memory slot on the front panel.

The iDRAC is not working properly, but I placed an order for a replacement that will arrive next week!
