i assembled this system around december 2021 and it powers on fine. The fans behave like they would during boot but never slow down. When i attempt a forced restart, the power button flashes and does nothing. I also can't see the display, so i can't access bios settings. The case is phanteks p300 psu, with a seasonic focus gm-550, 80+ gold mobo, aorus b550 elite ax v2, ram of spectrix d50 with 2x8gb at 3200mhz, a r5 5600x stock storage, and a west digital gpu. The m.2 drive is around 500gb from west digital, and the case came from a friend who got it prebuilt.
It seems the graphics card might be the problem. Consider switching to another card and check if it works. If you lack a different one, you might be in trouble since there are other ways to diagnose the issue. However, if you're referring to the fans, they often spin briefly during startup, which usually points to a video card fault.
