It began two days ago without warning. When I closed the lid, dark lines appeared. I checked both the bios and the battery overnight and everything returned to normal in the morning. Now it’s happening again unexpectedly—possibly when displaying dark content on the display bottom. Any chance of resolution? VID-20241005-WA0012.mp4
Either the screen or the graphics card might be damaged. In the best case, the display connection came loose, so you’d have to reinsert it completely. The worst outcome is the laptop turning into a stubborn door wedge, which could cost a lot to fix.
