Hey there, sorry about the mix-up. I'm just getting started with this platform. Today I was chatting with some friends and decided to try a game like Plants vs Zombies: Gotcha Edition. I opened Cheat Engine and noticed PvZ loading, but when I clicked on adventure it didn’t work. Then I saw a black screen and my friends’ voices kept looping like a BSOD. I checked my PC and everything seemed fine except for the mouse—my Glorious model O had its LEDs removed. After a forced shutdown (unplugging the cable), it started working again. I update my computer regularly, so I think it’s not an update issue. The PSU name isn’t clear to me. Need help figuring this out!

It could be anything – GPU or driver issues, sometimes a new version isn't necessarily better. Updates are made when bugs are found, but that doesn't guarantee bug-free drivers; the same ones after a year might still have hidden problems. Hardware problems can occur too, like needing to clean a sound card and re-seat it because it keeps generating error messages. Or there might be a bug in the game itself.

You're on an alternate account, so you can still manage your Windows settings and GeForce Experience. Just ensure your main account has the necessary permissions if needed.

Start with hardware inspection, then try updating or downgrading drivers. Look in the Event Viewer for clues about the issue.

I recall reviewing an issue in the event view, unsure if the timing matched; there was a problem linking to a server. To verify your hardware, inspect it directly and check for any visible signs of damage or issues.

Yes, that is good idea, but you'll see nothing. I am talking about reseating ram, cables, cards etc. But if it was only one time your computer freeze, then its maybe nothing you should worry about. It can be game itself.

Your computer previously displayed a blue screen, but this is the first time it has completely shut down unexpectedly. If it happens again, try restarting it and ensure all software updates are installed. If the issue persists, check for hardware problems or run a system diagnostic.
