Apply 99% isopropyl alcohol to the PCIE connector to remove any dirt or residue. This should resolve the issue since it’s likely just a dirty connection.

It launches using the GPU in the dedicated slot. The fans are engaged, yet the display outputs to DVI. Inside the system, it interprets only integrated graphics.

I used GTX 1660 Super and GT220. It seems there might be an issue with the BIOS, but I'm not sure what to adjust.

That’s what I saw in the bios. The GPU is detected, but the fans are spinning; it shows “Not present,” meaning it doesn’t recognize the GPU in the slot. I’m not sure what’s going on.

You may see the GPU's output sent via the motherboard port instead of through your display options.
