recently put a new motherboard and cpu into my brother's pc, it boots but doesn't show any display, i've checked the cables and they are plugged in correctly. I decided to look at the ez debug leds on this z390-a pro by msi and it says the problem lies with dram, so i resit the ram, doesn't work and I try only one stick and now the white led lights up the CPU instead. Was gonna clear cmos but the motherboard only has a jumper and it came with no jumper cap anyone got any idea why these leds are like this would be greatly appreciated
I believe they’ll want to see your hardware details. Some common questions others might ask include: Have you tested it on another monitor? Are you relying on a graphics card or the motherboard’s built-in graphics? Did you verify with the motherboard graphics when using a dedicated card?
I have a brother with an i7-9700k and he’s using his graphics card for display. He’s also connecting a Corsair Vengeance DDR4 3000MHz with a Z390-A Pro from MSI. I’ve tried cleaning everything except the CPU, which I might try again. Integrated graphics aren’t working due to the KF.
