I just purchased Madden 20, but upon launching the game, my screen loses its display. I can still hear the audio playing, however, my monitor’s signal disappears entirely. Subsequently, I am compelled to completely reboot my computer. The issue prevents me from closing the game, as the signal remains unavailable. Remarkably, this problem only occurs with Madden 20 among my extensive collection of over forty games on my PC.
I own a BenQ ex3203r, a 144Hz monitor with a 2K resolution, and suspect this may be connected. My system specifications include an i9 9900k processor, 32GB of 3200MHz RAM, and a 980ti graphics card in a dual-slot configuration. If anyone possesses any advice or potential solutions, I would be grateful for your assistance.
