Hello, I'm not very familiar with technology, but after the latest update, my issue has become more frequent. I use Painttool SAI, Discord, and OBS while streaming illustrations. My screen freezes without any keyboard or mouse response, and both monitors turn off. The main screen shows a strange black and dark blue color. I've attached a video of what's happening. Waiting won't help either, so I have to turn my computer on and off manually, which causes me to lose progress in SAI since it's an older program. I'm using Windows 11 "Home" with two ASUS monitors. The file is 20230922_024655.mp4.

I don't have a current rig setup. Can you clarify what you mean by "rig specs"?

Did you check your graphics settings? Could the cable connection be unstable? Just a thought.
