I experimented with the Ryzen Master settings and adjusted the memory clock from 1600 to 3000 (my value is 3200). After the PC restarted, the CPU fan activated, but there was no display.

You need to reset your BIOS settings on the motherboard. The speed you configured is 6000MHz, but PCs report RAM speeds of 3200 due to the 2x1600 setup—this indicates proper configuration. Currently, you’re using a 2x3000 setup, which causes crashes during startup. I strongly suggest overclocking only through the BIOS, not via Ryzen Master. If you’re unfamiliar with the process, choose your XMP profile in the BIOS instead.

If CPU-Z lists the NB frequency as 1600, your system is actually operating at 3200 MHz.

DDR means double data rate, which means in some cases it appears as 1600 and you need to double its value
