Hey everyone, I just got a new monitor and have run into a strange problem I haven't seen before. When my PC wakes up or starts from hibernation, the screen on my right and middle monitors flickers. It only happens after waking up, and the only solution is to wake the monitors first before turning on the PC. Once I do that, everything works properly. I've attached a video for reference. I’ve experienced some odd episodes. After a few restarts, cable adjustments, and driver updates, they disappeared.

Yes, reinstalling the NVIDIA driver with a custom setup and enabling a clean install will reset all configurations and eliminate any prior drivers.
