Hello, I’m experiencing a problem that appears only during gaming sessions. At first, launching a game works perfectly, but after a short time in-game, the display suddenly disappears. This happens no matter which game I play. A graphics card stress test showed a maximum temperature of 67°C without exceeding it. I cleared all GPU drivers and reinstalled them, but the issue persists. RAM diagnostics also came back clean. I’m unsure what’s causing this. My setup includes an ultrawide 21:9 monitor with G-Sync, using the display port, a GTX 1660 and a Ryzen 5 2600 processor. The graphics card was purchased refurbished from Newegg. I’ve had this system for about two years, built myself, and it’s powered by an EVGA 600 BR (80+ Bronze) PSU with 16GB of DDR4 RAM. I’m running BIOS version F50. If you need further details, feel free to ask. Thank you for your assistance.
What are your complete hardware details, such as the precise power supply model, motherboard type, and other specifications? Also, did you purchase this graphics card brand new from a store or used via a private seller? What is your latest motherboard BIOS version?
Ahh yes, I don't know what I was thinking not to include those. I bought this graphics card refurbished from newegg. I have been using this rig for around 2 years now and put it together myself. I am using a GIGABYTE B450M DS3H AM4 Micro ATX AMD Motherboard. My PSU is a EVGA 600 BR (80+ Bronze). Also, 16gb of DDR4 memory. I am currently running on BIOS Ver.F50. Please, let me know if you need to know more.
