Hello! It sounds like your Windows 10 system is having an issue with the display port. The screen shuts down after a short time and won’t turn back on unless you reset the connection by unplugging and replugging the port. This could be due to a faulty cable, driver problem, or hardware malfunction. Check the display cable, ensure it’s properly connected, and try updating your graphics drivers. If the problem persists, consider testing with another monitor or contacting support.

Have you attempted to reinstall your drivers within the 20 minutes when your screen functions properly?

It functions flawlessly until the computer enters sleep mode or something similar, after which the display fails to activate.
