The picture is meant to give you a reference, I need to see your CPU and GPU temperatures in Windows 8.1 taskbar. I tried searching but didn’t find what I was looking for. Maybe the keywords weren’t right. Any suggestions would be great, thanks.

Avoid CoreTemp. For Intel processors, RealTemp performs much better. It also monitors GPU temperatures and lets you display cores and GPU cores separately on the taskbar for easier identification.

MSI afterburner offers dual functionality. Save and launch it, tap settings at the bottom right. Locate the Monitoring Tab (second or third), scroll down to CPU1 Temperature, click it. Under the options, select "Show in Tray Icon." Repeat for GPU temperature. Then, click the notification menu arrow on the task bar near the clock, and choose customize. Scroll through the list to find the CPU1/GPU temperature entries and enable 'Show Icon and Notifications.'

MSI Afterburner works really well, but I ran into some issues with Skyrim crashing. Planning to give it another shot.
