Hey, I've been facing some issues with my RAM lately. It's functioning normally otherwise, but I keep seeing blue screens when the RAM is overclocked or when it hits speeds above 2133MHz. All BIOS settings are set to auto, and I've adjusted the voltage for the SOC CPU, RAM, and DRAM, yet the problem persists. Blue screens become more common at higher speeds than at 2133MHz. Before you ask about my CPU, there don't seem to be any physical damage—my RAM and socket specs look good. My system includes an AMD Ryzen 5 5600G, an Asus ROG STRIX LC II with RGB, an Asus TUF GAMING B550M-PLUS, Wi-Fi II, Micro ATX AM4 motherboard, Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro 32 GB DDR4-3600, and an Asus ROG Strix 650W 80+ Gold certified power supply.

I don't have specific details about your hardware. Could you provide the exact specifications?

AMD is known for having trouble with 4 sticks of RAM, which might be the problem you're facing. You could try updating your BIOS and adjusting the RAM clock speed. However, reaching 3600 MHz is unlikely.

You've been seeing 3600mhz consistently, but there was a moment when it stopped working properly.

Consider running memtest to check for issues. Besides a BIOS update or cleaning the RAM and motherboard slot, that’s about it.

memtest encounters issues when RAM frequency reaches 2133 MHz or above, though it works fine with 4 sticks while struggling with 3, 2, or 1.

We need to confirm if the same stick or port is experiencing the problem.

Maybe the rams are not working properly. Each stick weighs 5600g and has a solid imc, so dual or quad rank shouldn’t cause problems. If everything checks out, set vsoc to 1.25v just to rule out imc issues (cezzane scales stay stable up to ~1.45v). Also try 1.15v, as that’s the range used for running 4400+ (dual rank).

I checked every stick and all different slots, and everything works fine.
